Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Die CE-Purchase GmbH mit Sitz in 91083 Baiersdorf ist unter der Registernummer B 12980 beim Registergericht Fürth (Bayern) eingetragen.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG und der Satzung erstellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften. Auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichtes hat die Gesellschaft zulässig verzichtet.

Sofern ein Wahlrecht besteht, werden Angaben im Anhang und nicht in der Bilanz oder Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung dargestellt. Zur Verbesserung der Klarheit der Darstellung der Bilanz wurden die Vermerke zu den Restlaufzeiten der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie Vermerke zu den Verbindlichkeiten anstatt in die Bilanz in den Anhang aufgenommen.

Für die Gewinn - und Verlustrechnung wurde unverändert das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Das Stammkapital beträgt 25.564,59 EUR. Der Jahresabschluss wurde in EUR aufgestellt.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs - bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Vom 1. Januar 2008 bis 31. Dezember 2010 angeschaffte Wirtschaftsgüter, deren Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten 150,00 EUR aber nicht 1.000,00 EUR übersteigen, werden in einen Sammelposten eingestellt und über die Dauer von fünf Jahren linear abgeschrieben. Ab dem 01. Januar 2011 angeschaffte bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 410,00 EUR (geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter) werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter, die nach dem 01. Januar 2018 angeschafft worden sind und einen Betrag von EUR 800,00 nicht überschreiten, wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Das strenge Niederstwertprinzip ist beachtet.

Die Steuerrückstellungen und sonstigen Rückstellungen sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gem. § 253 Abs. 1 HGB angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Angaben zur Bilanz

In den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen in Summe von 88 TEUR (Vj.: 167 TEUR ) sind keine Posten mit einer vertraglichen Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr enthalten.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen betragen 0 TEUR (Vj.: 228 TEUR).

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen in Höhe von 852 TEUR (Vj.: 1.066 TEUR) enthalten im Wesentlichen Forderungen aus der Körperschaftssteuer TEUR 413 (Vj.: 580 TEUR) sowie Rückforderungen aus der Gewerbesteuer in Höhe von TEUR 434 (VJ.: 481 TEUR). Weiterhin sind Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren in Höhe von TEUR 5 (Vj.: 5 TEUR) enthalten

Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen betragen 1.126 TEUR (Vj.: 1.295 TEUR). Darin enthalten Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen betragen 1.126 TEUR (Vj.: 1.295 TEUR) und die Verbindlichkeiten aus Betriebssteuern und Abgaben eine Höhe von 0 TEUR (Vj.: 7 TEUR). Es sind keine Posten mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr enthalten.

Sonstige Angaben

Es wird vorgeschlagen, den Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von 53.361,83 € auf neue Rechnung in das nächste Wirtschaftsjahr vorzutragen.
