Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Daniel Naber GmbH hat Ihren Sitz in Potsdam. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Potsdam unter HRB 35625 eingetragen und weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Von den vorgesehenen größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB, § 288 HGB sowie§§ 325 ff. HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Der Jahresabschluss für das Wirtschaftsjahr vom 07. Juli bis 31. Dezember 2021 ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches, wie sie für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gelten, unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen in der Fassung des BilRUG sowie der Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgt gemäß § 266 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagenvermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, nach Maßgabe der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer um lineare Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die unter den Finanzanlagen ausgewiesenen Beteiligungen werden zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennbetrag unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Liquide Mittel werden zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit den Beträgen angesetzt, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig sind.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens im Geschäftsjahr 2021 ist in der Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens dargestellt.

Das Gezeichnete Kapital beträgt 45.000,00 EUR und ist i.H.v 33.000€ eingebracht.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen beinhalten Aufwendungen für die Kosten des Jahresabschlusses.

IV. Sonstige Erläuterungs- und Angabepflichten

Im Geschäftsjahr 2021 war als Geschäftsführer Daniel Naber bestellt.

Im Kalenderjahr 2021 waren keine Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Weitere Angabepflichten entfallen, da es sich hier um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft handelt.
