Anhang

I. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSGRUNDSÄTZE
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB (§§ 238 ff) unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff HGB) aufgestellt worden.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Sie hat ihren Sitz in Köln. Eingetragen ist die Gesellschaft unter HRB 14029 beim Amtsgericht Köln.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten vermindert um die steuerlich zulässigen Abschreibungen angesetzt. Bei Zugängen wurde die Abschreibung grundsätzlich pro rata temporis vorgenommen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden gemäß § 6 Absatz 2a EStG im Jahr der Anschaffung in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert vermindert um Wertberichtigungen und unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt.

Flüssige Mittel werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt.
Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wurden allen erkennbaren Risiken angemessen und ausreichend Rechnung getragen.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

II. ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZUR BILANZ

Die Aufgliederung und die Bewegungen des Anlagevermögens sind dem Anlagespiegel in der Anlage zu diesem Anhang zu entnehmen.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen in Höhe von EUR 261.526,53 sind kurzfristig fällig.

Die Rückstellungen betreffen u.a. ausstehende Lieferantenrechnungen sowie die Kosten für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses und der Steuererklärungen.

Die Fristigkeit der Verbindlichkeiten ergibt sich wie folgt:

Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten betreffen u.a. die Lohn- und Kirchensteuer für den Monat Dezember 2023 sowie die Umsatzsteuer für das laufende Jahr.

III. ANGABEN ZUR GEWINN- UND VERLUSTRECHNUNG

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Die Erträge und Aufwendungen sind auf das Geschäftsjahr abgegrenzt.

IV. SONSTIGE ANGABEN

Während des Zeitraums vom 01.01. bis zum 31.12.2023 waren durchschnittlich 8 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
