I. Allgemeine Angaben zur Bilanz- und zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. und der §§ 264 ff. HGB aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft (§267 Abs.1 HGB) auf.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§275 Abs.2 HGB) aufgestellt.

Die Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurde entsprechend den handelsrechtlichen Bewertungsvorschriften unter Beachtung der Grundsätze ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung und Bilanzierung vorgenommen.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die Abschreibungen errechnen sich unter Zugrundelegung der jeweiligen Nutzungsdauer nach der linearen Methode.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter im Sinne von § 6 Abs. 2 EStG bis EUR 800,00 werden im Zugangsjahr vollständig abgeschrieben und im Anlagespiegel als Zu- und Abgang behandelt.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit ihrem Nominalbetrag angesetzt. Forderung mit einer längeren Laufzeit als ein Jahr bestehen nicht. Wertberichtigungen von Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen waren nicht zu berücksichtigen.

Kassenbestand sowie Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

In der aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzung sind die Posten enthalten, die vor dem Bilanzstichtag ausgezahlt wurden, aber erst zu Aufwand nach dem Bilanzstichtag führen.

Das gezeichnete Kapital wurde gemäß § 272 HGB mit seinem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Kapitalrücklage wurde unverändert aus dem Vorjahr vorgetragen.

Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wurde allen erkennbaren Risiken ausreichend und angemessen Rechnung getragen.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

In der passiven Rechnungsabgrenzung sind die Posten enthalten, die vor dem Bilanzstichtag gezahlt wurden, aber erst zu Ertrag nach dem Bilanzstichtag führen.

Der Geschäftsführung gehörten im Zeitraum vom 1. Januar 2023 bis zum 31. Dezember 2023 an:
