1.) Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen

Der Jahresabschluß wurde nach Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes aufgesellt.

2.) Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Beteiligung bewerten wir zu Anschaffungskosten. Das Umlaufvermögen wird zum Nennwert bilanziert. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

3.) Angaben zu Position der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Für die Überlassung der Warenzeichen und Rezepturen erhält die Gesellschaft vereinbarte Lizensgebühren von der Salzenbrodt GmbH & Co.KG. Ferner wird für die ständige Weiterentwicklung der Rezepturen ein anteiliger Laborkostenzuschlag von der Salzenbrodt GmbH Co.KG belastet.
