Registerinformationen

Die Deep Morphing Investment GmbH hat Ihren Sitz in Dinkelscherben und wird beim Amtgericht Augsburg unter dem Registerblatt HRB 32846 geführt.

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Deep Morphing Investment GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Nach den in § 267a HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine Kleinst-Kapitalgesellschaft. Allerdings liegen die Voraussetzungen des § 267a Abs. 3 Nr. 3 HGB vor, so dass die Deep Morphing Investment GmbH als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft einzustufen ist.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Dies gilt auch für eventuell vorhandene unverzinsliche Verbindlichkeiten. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Erfüllungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt.

Brutto-Anlagenspiegel

Die Aufgliederung und Entwicklung der Anlagenwerte ist aus dem Anlagenspiegel zu entnehmen.

Geschäftsjahresabschreibung

Die Geschäftsjahresabschreibung je Posten der Bilanz ist aus dem Anlagenspiegel zu entnehmen. Allerdings ist bislang nur eine Beteiligung erworben worden. Eine Abschreibung muss nicht vorgenommen werden, da nicht mit einer dauernden Wertminderung zu rechnen ist.

Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden keine Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahrs wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt:
