Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben
Die Profi Werbetechnik GmbH mit Sitz in Halle/Saale ist unter der Nummer 12527 im Handelsregister B des Amtsgerichts Stendal eingetragen.
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches sowie gemäß § 42 GmbHG aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften.
Der Abschluss umfasst die Bilanz, die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und den Anhang.

II. Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundmethoden
Allgemein
Im Jahresabschluss sind sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sowie Aufwendungen und Erträge enthalten. Die Bilanz ist gem. § 266 HGB und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gem. § 275 Abs. 2 HGB gegliedert.
Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird das bisher angewendete Gesamtkostenverfahren beibehalten.

Aktivseite
Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert und werden entsprechend ihrer voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen vermindert.
Die abnutzbaren Gegenstände der Sachanlagen werden um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen vermindert. Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen auf das Sachanlagevermögen fanden im Geschäftsjahr nicht statt.
Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu € 800 netto werden im Zugangsjahr in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.
Die Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe werden zu Anschaffungskosten einschließlich Nebenkosten abzüglich Preisnachlässe bewertet, die unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips nicht über den Wiederbeschaffungskosten am Stichtag liegen.
Die fertigen und unfertigen Erzeugnisse sind auf der Basis von Einzelkalkulationen zu Herstellungskosten bewertet. Hierbei wurden neben den direkt zurechenbaren Material- und Fertigungseinzelkosten auch Fertigungs- und Materialgemeinkosten sowie Abschreibungen berücksichtigt. Ein angemessener Anteil der Kosten der allgemeinen Verwaltung wurde ebenfalls aktiviert. Soweit ein niedrigerer beizulegender Wert vorliegt, sind Abschreibungen gem. § 253 Abs. 4 HGB vorgenommen worden.
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Erkennbaren Risiken wird durch Einzelwertberichtigung Rechnung getragen. Als uneinbringlich eingeschätzte Forderungen werden abgeschrieben.
Der Kassenbestand sowie die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.
Als aktiver Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden Ausgaben vor dem Bilanzstichtag ausgewiesen, soweit sie einen Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Bilanzstichtag darstellen.

Passivseite
Da Stammkapital beträgt T€ 25 und ist vollständig eingezahlt.
Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages (d. h. einschließlich zukünftiger Kosten- und Preissteigerungen) angesetzt.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung
Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen haben wie im Vorjahr eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.
In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Darlehens- und Zinsforderungen gegenüber dem Gesellschafter-Geschäftsführer in Höhe von € 28.527,07 mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr enthalten.

Des Weiteren wird in der Umsatzsteuerorganschaft der Profi Werbetechnik eine Umsatzsteuer in Höhe von € 658,62 erstattet aus Umsatzsteuersachverhalten im Jahr 2023.
Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und sonstige Verbindlichkeiten sind wie im Vorjahr vollständig innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Die Zahl der im Geschäftsjahr durchschnittlich beschäftigten Mitarbeiter betrug 11.
