zum Jahresabschluss der Network Partners IT-Services & Consulting GmbH zum 31.12.2023

A. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der gesetzlichen Vorschriften erstellt.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden im Wesentlichen an den ertragssteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet.
Es waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend:

Die Zugänge zum Sachanlagevermögen sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bilanziert. Das Anlagevermögen wurde linear entsprechend der nach steuerlichen Grundsätzen ermittelten Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben.

Von der Bewertungsfreiheit nach § 6 II EStG wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Bewertung der Waren und Materialien erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten, soweit steuerlich zulässig, und zwar unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Rückstellungen wurden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und erkennbaren Risiken gebildet.

B. Sonstige Angaben

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 14 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurde die Geschäftsleitung wahrgenommen von:
