A. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

1. Darstellungsstetigkeit

Im Berichtsjahr wurden keine Ausweisänderungen vorgenommen.

2. Vergleichbarkeit mit dem Vorjahr

Die Zahlen des Berichtsjahres sind unmittelbar mit den Zahlen des Vorjahres vergleichbar.

B. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

1. Bilanzierungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2022 wurde unter der Beachtung der Ansatzvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (3. Buch) erstellt.

Die Rechnungslegung der Gesellschaft wurde gemäß den Vorschriften im Sinne von § 264 Abs. 1 S. 3 i.V.m. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB durchgeführt.

Die Bilanz wurde nach § 266 HGB gegliedert. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht § 275 Abs. 2 HGB (Gesamtkostenverfahren). Vom Wahlrecht gemäß § 265 Abs. 7 Nr. 1 HGB wurde kein Gebrauch gemacht.

Von handelsrechtlichen Bilanzierungshilfen gemäß § 269 HGB wurde kein Gebrauch gemacht.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der generellen Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 252 bis 256 HGB sowie unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Bewertungsvorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften, §§ 279 bis 283 HGB erstellt.

Im Einzelnen wurden folgende Bewertungsmethoden angewandt:

Die Finanzanlagen sind mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihren Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Das Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten ist zum Nennwert angesetzt, es ist durch Bankauszug zum 31. Dezember 2022 nachgewiesen. Über das Guthaben kann ohne Einschränkungen verfügt werden.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen erfassen Rückstellungen für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten gemäß § 249 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Bewertung erfolgte nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung.

Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Angaben zur Bilanz

Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände beinhalten eine Forderung gegenüber der Firma Digithurst Bildverarbeitungssysteme GmbH & Co. KG in Höhe von TEuro 72.

Kapitalanteile

Das Stammkapital in Höhe von Euro 25.000,00 wurde vom Gesellschafter vollständig einbezahlt.

Verbindlichkeiten

Die kurzfristigen Verbindlichkeiten bis zu einem Jahr betragen Euro 1.936,57.

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen nicht.

D. Sonstige Angaben

Haftungsverhältnisse und sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Am Jahresabschlussstichtag den 31. Dezember 2022 bestanden weder Haftungsverhältnisse gemäß § 251 HGB noch sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen.

Pfandrechte, Garantiezusagen, Bürgschaften und Sicherheiten sind nicht gewährt worden.

Organmitglieder

Geschäftsführer waren im Berichtsjahr 2022 Herr Rainer Kasan.und Herr Dr. Christian Prasch. Sie waren im Geschäftsjahr 2022 einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Bestimmungen des § 181 BGB befreit.

Ein Aufsichtsrat oder Beirat besteht nicht.
