Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben
Die Gesellschaft diva-e MPP Reserve GmbH mit Sitz in München ist am Amtsgericht München registriert (HRB 224452).
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des Gesellschaftsvertrags aufgestellt.
Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB) gegliedert. Die Bezeichnung einzelner Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde gemäß § 265 Abs. 6 HGB geändert, sofern dies einer klareren Darstellung der Posten dient.
Die Gesellschaft macht von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach den §§ 274 a und 288 HGB Gebrauch.
II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.
Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten oder zum niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bilanziert.
Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit dem Nennwert bewertet.
Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Sie decken in ausreichendem Maße alle derzeit erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen.
Der Ansatz der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgt mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von EUR 3.496,31 (i. Vj. EUR 2.533,81) haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.
IV. Sonstige Angaben
Haftungsverhältnisse nach § 251 HGB
Zum Bilanzstichtag lagen weder Haftungsverhältnisse noch wesentliche sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen nach § 251 HGB vor.

Im Geschäftsjahr 2022 waren keine Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.
