Anhang

A. Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die division one Interim Management GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Stuttgart und wird beim Amtsgericht Stuttgart unter der Handelsregisternummer HRB 763848 geführt.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.d. § 267 HGB.

B. Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss wird nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG aufgestellt.

Darstellung, Gliederung, Ansatz und Bewertung des Jahresabschlusses entsprechen den Vorjahresgrundsätzen.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

II. Angewandte Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Alle erkennbaren Einzelrisiken werden bei der Bewertung berücksichtigt.

Die übrigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages bewertet.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

I. Bilanz

1. Flüssige Mittel

Der Posten enthält die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten.

2. Verbindlichkeiten

Unter den Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber dem Gesellschafter sowie gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen in Höhe von EUR 1.123.644,71 (i. Vj. TEUR 134) enthalten.

Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten setzen sich wie folgt zusammen:
