Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2024
1. Grundlagen

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2024 ist nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. und der §§ 264 ff. HGB i.V.m. § 42 GmbH aufgestellt.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsansätze

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften wurden beim beweglichen Anlagevermögen die Abschreibungen linear vorgenommen. Das Anlage-vermögen wird im nachfolgenden Anlagespiegel gem. § 268 HGB dargestellt:

Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten und Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden jeweils mit ihrem Nominalbetrag angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind grundsätzlich mit dem vorsichtig geschätzten Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist (§ 253 I 2 HGB).

3. Sonstige Angaben

Alle Geschäftsführer sind von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
