Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen sowie zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses
Die DML 888 GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Berlin und ist beim Amtsgericht Charlottenburg im Handelsregister Abteilung B unter der Nummer HRB 158270 B registriert.
Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde unter Beachtung der allgemeinen Vorschriften in §§ 242 ff. HGB und der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften in §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie den Regelungen in § 42 GmbHG aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird das Gesamtkostenverfahren des § 275 Abs. 2 HGB beibehalten. Die Form der Darstellung im Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde gegenüber dem Vorjahr nicht verändert.
Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf und nimmt daher bei der Aufstellung und der Offenlegung des Jahresabschlusses entsprechende größenabhängige Erleichterungen in Anspruch.
II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurden nach den handelsrechtlichen Bewertungsgrundsätzen bewertet. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden unverändert zum Vorjahr angewendet.
Die Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich kumulierter Abschreibungen bilanziert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden linear über betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauern zwischen 1 und 13 Jahren vorgenommen. Sog. "geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter" mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu EUR 800,00 werden im Zugangsjahr in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.
Die Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten oder zum niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert am Bilanzstichtag bilanziert.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie Kassenbestand und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden grundsätzlich mit dem Nominalwert bewertet. Ausfall- und sonstigen Risiken wird durch Wertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen.
Als Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind Ausgaben im Geschäftsjahr 2023 ausgewiesen, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Bilanzstichtag darstellen.
Die Rückstellungen sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt und decken die zum Zeitpunkt der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses erkennbaren Risiken in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlichen Betrags ab.
Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert.
III. Erläuterungen zu den Posten der Bilanz
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände zum Bilanzstichtag haben mit EUR 3.731.923,03 eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr. Im Vorjahr hatten die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen mit EUR 1.718.296,25 eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr.

Im Vorjahr bestanden Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter in Höhe von EUR 2.215.540,77; diese Verbindlichkeiten hatten eine Restlaufzeit zwischen einem und fünf Jahren. Sämtliche andere Verbindlichkeiten hatten eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.
Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten bestehen zum 31.12.2023 in Höhe von EUR 815,59 (Vorjahr: EUR 872,52) aus Steuern.
IV. Sonstige Angaben
