für das Geschäftsjahr 2012

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma PMD Projektmanagement Deutschland Akademie GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der neuen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (BilMoG) aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Rechtliche Verhältnisse

Das Unternehmen wird in der Rechtsform einer Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung geführt.

Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist die Erbringung von genehmigungsfreien Beratungs- und Dienstleistungen sowie Schulungen und Weiterbildungen für Versorgungs-, Entsorgungs- und Telekommunikationsunternehmen sowie für Unternehmen des Finanz-, Versicherungs- und Gesundheitswesens und andere Unternehmen mit Massenprozessen, einschließlich Dienstleistungen der Kundenbetreuung, Kundenabrechnung und der Datenpflege. Ferner ist Gegenstand die Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungsleistungen und die Erstellung von Trainingskonzepten für Berufsförderwerke und Bildungseinrichtungen.

Das gezeichnete Kapital der Gesellschaft beträgt EUR 25.000,00 und ist in voller Höhe eingezahlt.

Das Unternehmen ist beim Amtsgericht Jena unter der Registernummer HRB 507327 im Handelsregister eingetragen.

Die Firma wird beim Finanzamt Gera unter der St.-Nr. 161/116/10464 geführt.

Der Sitz der Gesellschaft war im Geschäftsjahr in Gera.

Geschäftsjahr ist das Kalenderjahr.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldposten trägt allen erkennbaren Risiken nach den Grundsätzen vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung Rechnung.

Entgeltlich erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände (wie Software) werden nach den steuerrechtlichen Grundsätzen aktiviert und nach ihrer voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer linear abgeschrieben.

Sachanlagen werden zu den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Nutzungsdauer linear vorgenommen.

Bewegliche Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit einem Wert bis EUR 410,00 werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Die Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten beziehungsweise mit dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Unfertige und fertige Leistungen werden mit den Selbstkosten oder zu den niedrigeren Marktwerten am Bilanzstichtag angesetzt. Die Selbstkosten enthalten keine Kosten für freiwillige Sozialleistungen und betriebliche Altersvorsorge, keine Kosten der allgemeinen Verwaltung, keine Kosten für soziale Einrichtungen und keine Vertriebskosten. Alle erkennbaren Risiken im Bereich der unfertigen und fertigen Leistungen, die sich aus geminderter Verwertbarkeit usw. ergeben, werden durch angemessene Abwertung berücksichtigt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände, soweit diese Forderungen darstellen, werden mit dem Nennwert abzüglich gebotener Wertberichtigung angesetzt. Das allgemeine Kreditrisiko wird in Form einer Pauschalwertberichtigung berücksichtigt. Bei zweifelhaften Forderungen wurden Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen.

Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung anzusetzen ist. Sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken, ungewissen Verpflichtungen und drohenden Verluste.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Ein Disagio für aufgenommene Darlehen wird gemäß § 250 Abs. 3 HGB unter aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten erfasst.

Sonstige Pflichtangaben und Haftungsverhältnisse

Die Zahl der 2012 durchschnittlich beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 2.

Zu Geschäftsführern waren im Geschäftsjahr 2012 Herr Daniel Tänzler und Herr Johannes Heibel bestellt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten der Gesellschaft gegenüber Gesellschaftern beliefen sich zum Bilanzstichtag auf 0,00 EUR (Vj. 0,00 EUR).

Am Bilanzstichtag bestanden Forderungen der Gesellschaft gegenüber Gesellschaftern i.H.v. 0,00 EUR (Vj. 0,00 EUR).

Soweit erkennbar sind nach Angaben der Geschäftsführung keine über die passivierten Verbindlichkeiten hinausgehenden Haftungsverhältnisse vorhanden.
