Anhang

1. Vorbemerkungen

Die als Dr. Michaelis Consult GmbH firmierende Gesellschaft hat ihren Sitz in Leipzig. Sie ist eingetragen im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Leipzig unter HRB 6647.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Auf die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß § 266 Abs. 1 Satz 3 und § 276 Satz 1 HGB wurde im Rahmen der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses ganz und auf die Erleichterungen gemäß § 288 HGB teilweise verzichtet. Dies gilt nicht für den nach § 325 HGB offen zu legenden Jahresabschluss, für den die Erleichterungen nach § 326 HGB in Anspruch genommen werden.

Soweit Angaben entweder in der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang enthalten sein müssen, wurden sie regelmäßig in den Anhang aufgenommen.

Die angewandten Ansatz- und Bewertungsmethoden entsprechen den Vorschriften der §§ 246 ff. HGB. Abweichungen von den Ansatz- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Vorjahres oder von den sonstigen Bewertungsvorschriften des § 252 Abs. 1 HGB sind nicht erfolgt.

2. Erläuterung einzelner Posten der Bilanz

Anlagevermögen

Hinsichtlich der Zusammensetzung und Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens im Geschäftsjahr 2023 wird auf den beigefügten Anlagenspiegel verwiesen.

Die Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten (ohne Einbeziehung von Fremdkapitalzinsen) vermindert um planmäßige und außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind nur dann bilanziert, wenn sie entgeltlich erworben wurden.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen auf Vermögensgegenstände, deren Nutzung zeitlich begrenzt ist, erfolgen auf der Grundlage der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauern nach der linearen Methode, weil diese unter dem Gesichtspunkt der Unternehmensfortführung den Wertverzehr des Anlagevermögens am treffendsten wiedergibt. Selbständig nutzbare Vermögensgegenstände des beweglichen Anlagevermögens, deren Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten jeweils 800,00 EUR nicht übersteigen, werden im Jahr des Zugangs in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen nach § 253 Abs. 3 Sätze 5 oder 6 HGB wurden im Geschäftsjahr 2023 nicht vorgenommen oder nach § 253 Abs. 5 Satz 1 HGB zurückgenommen (Wertaufholung).

Vorräte

Die Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe sind zu den Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Soweit erforderlich, ist der Bewertung der Vorräte ein niedriger Wert nach § 253 Abs. 4 HGB zu Grunde gelegt.

Sonstiges Umlaufvermögen

Die Forderungen sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. Inkasso- und Zinskosten sowie Ausfallrisiken sind durch angemessene Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.

Die liquiden Mittel sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden nur gebildet, soweit der abzugrenzende Betrag im Einzelfall 800,00 EUR übersteigt.

Eigenkapital

Das Stammkapital in Höhe von 30.000,00 EUR ist als gezeichnetes Kapital ausgewiesen. Die Stammeinlagen sind vollständig geleistet. Aus dem bestehenden Gewinnvortrag wurden im Geschäftsjahr 450.000,00 EUR an die Gesellschafterin ausgeschüttet.
Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen

Die Steuerrückstellungen und sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung und Vorsicht zur Abgeltung der jeweiligen Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt. Bei den Rückstellungen für Verpflichtungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden bei der Ermittlung des Erfüllungsbetrags künftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen berücksichtigt und wird der Erfüllungsbetrag gemäß § 253 Abs. 2 Satz 1 HGB abgezinst. Die Abzinsung erfolgt mit den von der Deutschen Bundesbank bekannt gegebenen durchschnittlichen Marktzinssätzen der vergangenen sieben Jahre und nach Maßgabe der Restlaufzeiten der Verpflichtungen.

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind gemäß § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB mit ihrem jeweiligen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestanden zum Bilanzstichtag nicht.
