1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Dr. Rettler Holding GmbH, München, Amtsgericht München, HR B 58 250, wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG) und des GmbHG aufgestellt.
Der Abschluss umfasst die Bilanz, die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und den Anhang (einschließlich Anlage-, Rückstellungs- und Verbindlichkeitenspiegel). Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.
Im Interesse einer besseren Klarheit und Übersichtlichkeit werden die nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften bei den Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung anzubringenden Vermerke ebenso wie die Vermerke, die wahlweise in der Bilanz bzw. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang anzubringen sind, insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung
Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der generellen Ansatzvorschriften der §§ 246-251 HGB sowie unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Ansatzvorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften, §§ 265, 268-274 a, §§ 276-277 HGB und unter Beachtung der generellen Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 252-256 a HGB aufgestellt.

Auf die Gliederung der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung finden die Vorschriften der §§ 264 c, 266 und 275 HGB Anwendung.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert beibehalten, soweit nicht neue Erkenntnisse eine abweichende Bewertung erforderten.

Umlaufvermögen

Forderungen uns sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert bewertet. Einzel- und Pauschalwertberichtigungen waren nicht erforderlich.

Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten
Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Rückstellungen

Sonstige Rückstellungen
Die Rückstellungen umfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und gewisse Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Rückzahlungs- bzw. Erfüllungsbetrages bewertet.
Die Rückstellungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
