1. Allgemeine Angaben

Die e.bootis support gmbh, Essen, wurde am 20.05.2015 in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Essen unter der Nummer HRB 26376 eingetragen. Sitz der Gesellschaft ist Essen.

Das Stammkapital von € 25.000,00 ist in voller Höhe eingezahlt.

Nach § 267 HGB handelt es sich bei der e.bootis support gmbh um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichtes wurde daher nach § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HBG verzichtet.

Die gesetzlichen Gliederungsschemata der §§ 266 und 275 HGB wurden bei Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses in jeder Hinsicht befolgt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB).

Die Gliederungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften wurden unverändert zum Vorjahr übernommen.

Besondere Umstände, die dazu führen, dass der Jahresabschluss ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild nicht vermittelt, waren nicht zu verzeichnen (§ 264 Abs. 2 Satz 2 HGB).

2. Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich zum Nennwert bewertet.

Einzelrisiken waren nicht zu erkennen.

Bankkonten werden mit dem zum Abschlussstichtag vorhandenem Guthaben (Nennwert) bilanziert.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennwert bilanziert.

Die Rückstellungen erfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Der Ansatz von Verbindlichkeiten erfolgt mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen.

3. Erläuterungen zur Bilan z

Es bestehen keine Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren. Eine Besicherung durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte erfolgte nicht.

Zum Abschlussstichtag bestanden keine Haftungsverhältnisse im Sinne des § 251 HGB.

4. Sonstige Angaben

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Geschäftsjahr 2023 durchschnittlich 11 Arbeitnehmer (Vorjahr: 11).

Die Geschäftsführung wurde von Frau Agnes Tuschhoff-Stark, Diplom-Betriebswirtin, Fröndenberg, und seit Ende August 2022 ergänzend von Frau Kathrin Behlau, Personalleiterin, Geldern, ausgeübt.
