Unternehmensfortführung
Die ecoworks GmbH, Berlin, hält 100% der Anteile an der ecoworks construction GmbH.

Die ecoworks GmbH Gruppe hat seit ihrer Gründung keine Jahresüberschüsse erzielt. Es handelt sich hierbei um erwartete Verluste, die sich durch Produktentwicklung, Markteinführung und Wachstum des Unternehmens ergeben. Abhängig vom kurzfristigen Geschäftserfolg kann zusätzliches Kapital von Investoren oder Gesellschaftern nötig sein, um die Fortführung der Gesellschaften sicherzustellen. Maßnahmen wie Kostenmanagement, Umsatzsteigerung und die Prüfung von Finanzierungsoptionen sind eingeleitet. Die Geschäftsführung ist zuversichtlich, dass im Bedarfsfall entsprechende Mittel beschafft werden können.

Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde die Series A Finanzierungsrunde in zwei Closings abgeschlossen.

Im Rahmen der Kapitalerhöhung des First Closings erfolgte die Wandlung der Wandeldarlehen, die der Gesellschaft im Jahr 2022 von Gesellschaftern und Investoren gewährt wurden.

Das Second Closing wurde am 5.12.2023 unterzeichnet und notariell beglaubigt. Die Einzahlungen erfolgten bis Februar 2024.

Die mittelfristige Liquiditätsplanung der ecoworks Gruppe besagt, dass die Finanzierung ausreichend ist, um den Cashflow der Gesellschaften innerhalb des nächsten Jahres nachhaltig positiv zu gestalten, da die eingeleiteten Maßnahmen Aussicht auf Erfolg zur Umsatzvolumenerhöhung und Umsetzung des Unternehmenskonzepts haben.

Da vom Erfolg des Unternehmenskonzepts ausgegangen wird, ist der Jahresabschluss der ecoworks construction GmbH unter der Annahme der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit aufgestellt.
