Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Die Firma eibmarkt.com GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Plauen und ist unter der Nummer B 25.845 in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Chemnitz eingetragen.
Der Jahresabschluss der eibmarkt.com GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.
Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Der Jahresabschluss umfasst somit die Bilanz, die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und den Anhang. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.
Für Zwecke der Offenlegung wird ein Exemplar des Jahresabschlusses erstellt, das die Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften vollumfänglich berücksichtigt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Selbst geschaffene gewerbliche immaterielle Wirtschaftsgüter wurden mit den Herstellungskosten bewertet. Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Sofern sie bereits der Abnutzung unterlagen, wurden sie um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.
Soweit erforderlich, wurde für die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt.
Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
Die Bewertung der Kassenbestände erfolgte zum Nennwert. Forderungen gegenüber Kreditinstituten wurden mit dem Nominalbetrag angesetzt.
Als Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden auf der Aktivseite Ausgaben vor dem Bilanzstichtag ausgewiesen, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen.
Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt und in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.
Verbindlichkeiten wurden zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Erfüllungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt.
Als Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden auf der Passivseite Einnahmen vor dem Bilanzstichtag ausgewiesen, soweit sie Ertrag für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen.

Angaben und Erläuterungen zu den einzelnen Posten der Bilanz

Ausschüttungssperre
Gem. § 268 Abs. 8 HGB (selbst geschaffene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände) unterliegt der Gesamtbetrag von EUR 145.030 einer Ausschüttungssperre.
Forderungen
Der Gesamtbetrag der Forderungen gegen die Gesellschafter beträgt EUR 34.630,81 (Vorjahr: EUR 42.931,68)
Verbindlichkeiten
Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt EUR 971.764,75 (Vorjahr: EUR 1.373.406,35).
Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr beträgt EUR 113.537,73 (Vorjahr: EUR 144.207,69).
