für das Geschäftsjahr 2022 der Elling Geschäftsführungs GmbH, Klötze, eingetragen im Handelsregister Stendal unter der Nummer HRB 27794.

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Elling Geschäftsführungs GmbH weist zum Abschlussstichtag 31.12.2022 die Merkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Der Jahresabschluss der Elling Geschäftsführungs GmbH wurde auf Grundlage der deutschen handelsrechtlichen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften und den ergänzenden Bestimmungen des GmbH-Gesetzes sowie des Gesellschaftsvertrags aufgestellt und gegliedert.

Die Geschäftsführung ist der Auffassung, dass die Voraussetzungen zur Bewertung unter der Annahme der Unternehmensfortführung gegeben sind.

Im Anhang sind zuerst die Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden aufgeführt. Danach folgen die Angaben zur Bilanz, in der Reihenfolge des § 266 HGB, sowie zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, in der Reihenfolge des § 275 Abs. 2 HGB. Am Ende des Anhangs sind die sonstigen Angaben enthalten.

Soweit Wahlrechte für die Angaben in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde die Angabe im Anhang gewählt.

Gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB wurde kein Lagebericht aufgestellt.

II. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Flüssige Mittel wurden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital der Gesellschaft ist mit dem Nennbetrag bewertet und beträgt wie im Vorjahr 25.000,00 EUR. In Höhe von 12.500 EUR bestehen im Handelsregister eingetragene, ausstehende Einlagen, die noch nicht geleistet wurden.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die, dass Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern. Die Steuerrückstellungen wurden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Sie erfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und wurden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt (§253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB).

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr betragen 166,60 EUR (Vorjahr: 166,60 EUR).

Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr betragen 20,04 EUR (Vorjahr: 0,00 EUR).

Verbindlichkeiten aus Steuern belaufen sich auf 20,04 EUR (Vorjahr: 0,00 EUR).
