ANHANG

Allgemeine Angaben

Als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.v. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB in der Rechtsform der GmbH hat die
ENERTEC GmbH bei ihrer Rechnungslegung neben den Vorschriften für alle Kaufleute (§§
238 ff. HGB) auch die für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) und § 42 GmbHG zu be-achten.

Die Gesellschaft hat Ihren Sitz in Karlsruhe und ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Mannheim unter der Nummer HRB 110198 eingetragen.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert, soweit ihre Nutzung zeitlich begrenzt ist. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden auf Grundlage der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear und, soweit zulässig, degressiv vorgenommen.
Die Nutzungsdauer wurde auf Basis der AfA-Tabellen der Finanzverwaltung geschätzt, wo-bei jeweils von der kürzest möglichen Nutzungsdauer ausgegangen wurde.

Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe wurden zu den Anschaffungskosten aufgrund Einzelfeststellungen bewertet.

Die unfertigen und fertigen Erzeugnisse sind zu Herstellungskosten bewertet. In den Be-wertungsansatz wurden nur die aktivierungspflichtigen Kosten einbezogen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nominalbetrag angesetzt. Bezüglich der Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurde eine Pauschalwertberichtigung in Höhe von EUR 290,00 gebildet.

Die Bankguthaben sind in Höhe ihres Nennwerts angesetzt.

Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen, sind unter dem Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten aktiv abgegrenzt.

Die Eigenkapitalpositionen sind mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Rückstellungen wurden für zum Bilanzstichtag dem Grunde oder der Höhe nach nicht sicher bestimmbare Verpflichtungen gebildet. Die Bewertung erfolgte mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.

Angaben zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz

Bei den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen hat eine Forderung in Höhe von EUR 9.296,94 eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr, alle anderen Positionen sowie die Verbindlichkeiten haben Restlaufzeiten von weniger als einem Jahr.

Es bestehen keine Forderungen oder Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern.

Sonstige Angaben

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 8 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens geführt durch die Geschäftsführer Christoph Schwarz, Karlsruhe, und Armin Schäfer, Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen.
