Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die ENKIME GmbH mit Sitz in Berlin ist beim Amtsgericht Charlottenburg unter der Nummer HRB 227950 im Handelsregister eingetragen.

Die Gesellschaft ist gemäß § 267 HGB eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen wurden teilweise in Anspruch genommen.

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2023 ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches sowie den Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Angaben, die zulässigerweise in der Bilanz oder im Anhang aufgeführt werden können, sind im Anhang genannt.

Von bestehenden Ansatzwahlrechten wird nur Gebrauch gemacht, soweit aufgrund steuerrechtlicher Vorschriften eine Aktivierungs- bzw. Passivierungspflicht besteht.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet:

- Beteiligungen zu Anschaffungskosten

Soweit erforderlich, wurde der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet und mit dem Nennwert oder dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Die Steuerrückstellungen/- und forderungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr und das Vorjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

Die Sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie sind in der Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages anzusetzen, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
