I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss der erpicon Software Development GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches unter Berücksichtigung der vollständigen Ergebnisverwendung aufgestellt. Ergänzend waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Die erpicon Software Development GmbH mit Sitz in Köln ist unter HRB 23985 im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Köln eingetragen.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

II. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände degressiv oder linear vorgenommen.

Das Umlaufvermögen wurde unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden für im Berichtsjahr verauslagte Beträge, die Aufwand im Folgejahr darstellen, gebildet.

Rückstellungen wurden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags gebildet. Dabei sind alle erkennbaren Risiken in die Bewertung eingeflossen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Passive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden für bereits im Berichtsjahr vereinnahmte Erträge des Folgejahres gebildet.

III. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Angaben zu Mitarbeitern und Organen

Zugunsten der Geschäftsführung bestanden Forderungen in Höhe von insgesamt 1.100.000,00 Euro (Vorjahr 1.100.000,00 Euro). Die Forderungen werden zwischen 2,25 % und 5,5 % p. a. verzinst und haben eine Restlaufzeit von einem bis drei Jahre.

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Berichtsjahr im Durchschnitt elf Arbeitnehmer.

Angaben nach § 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG

Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestanden in Höhe von 1.100.000,00 Euro (Vorjahr 1.100.000,00 Euro).

Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestanden in Höhe von 176.500,00 Euro (Vorjahr 50,00 Euro).
