I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Für die Gesellschaft gelten die Vorschriften gemäß §§ 264a i.V.267 Abs.1 HGB für kleine Kommanditgesellschaften.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Die Pflicht zur Gegenüberstellung der Vorjahreszahlen gemäß §265 Abs.2 HGB wurde bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses beachtet.

Die gesetzliche Gliederungsschemata der §§266 bzw. 275HGB wurden angewandt.

Bei den Angaben zum Anhang wurde von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen weitestgehend Gebrauch gemacht. Im Übrigen enthält der Anhang die gesetzlich geforderten Angaben.

Es wird eine bilanzielle Überschuldung in Höhe von EUR 30.719,92 ausgewiesen. Die Gesellschafter der ET SAT-GmbH, die Equiprent Andreas Teichmann GmbH und die Trycom Produktions-GmbH, haben eine qualifizierte Rangrücktrittserklärung abgegeben. Damit ist die Überschuldung beseitigt.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwertangesetzt.

Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Es handelt sich im Wesentlichen um die Aufwendungen für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses und die Steuererklärungen der Gesellschaft.

Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Verbindlichkeiten
Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr beträgt EUR 174.867,58 (Vorjahr EUR 167.412,23).

Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren beträgt EUR0,00 (Vorjahr EUR 0,00).

Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern betragen EUR 63.600,00 (Vorjahr 63.600,00).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten der durch Pfandrechte besichert ist beträgt
EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr EUR 0,00).
