Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Eventus Capital (Germany) GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Besonderheiten der Form des Jahresabschlusses

Angabe und Erläuterung von nicht vergleichbaren Vorjahreszahlen

Da es sich bei dem aktuellen Wirtschaftsjahr um ein Rumpfwirtschaftsjahr aufgrund einer Neugründung handelt, gibt es keine Vorjahresdaten, keine Vergleichsmöglichkeiten, fortzuführenden Bewertungsgrundsätze oder eine bereits durchgeführte Offenlegung.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Finanzanlagen wurden wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet:

Soweit erforderlich, wurde der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt.

Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
