I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die Gesellschaft Evergy GmbH hat ihren Sitz in München. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts München unter der HRB 174566 eingetragen.

II. Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

1. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Gesellschaft wurde mit Vertrag vom 17.07.2008 errichtet.

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2019 wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend wurden die Regelungen des GmbHG beachtet.

Die Gesellschaft weist die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

III. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Finanzanlagevermögen ist mit den Anschaffungskosten bilanziert.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Beim Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten erfolgte der Ansatz mit dem Nennwert.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Die erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen wurden berücksichtigt. Die Bewertung erfolgt mit dem vorsichtig geschätzten Erfüllungsbetrag.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen passiviert.

IV. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens im Berichtsjahr ist in dem als Anlage zum Anhang beigefügten Anlagenspiegel dargestellt.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von nicht mehr als einem Jahr.

In den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind in Höhe von Euro 1.043.094,28 Forderungen gegenüber verbundenen Mitunternehmer enthalten.

Im Bilanzgewinn ist ein Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von Euro 1.250.896,96 enthalten.

Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis 1 Jahr.

Anteilsbesitz

Die Gesellschaft hält an der Evergy Engineering GmbH, München, 100% der Anteile. Das Eigenkapital der Fa. Evergy Engineering GmbH beträgt zum 31.12.2019 Euro 60.000,00, das Jahresergebnis 2019 Euro 331.273,47.

Die Gesellschaft hält an der Evergy Engineering S.R.L., Bologna (Italien), 100% der Anteile. Das Eigenkapital der Fa. Evergy Engineering S.R.L. beträgt zum 31. Dezember 2019 Euro 10.000,00, das Jahresergebnis 2019 Euro 2.532,00.

Die Gesellschaft hält an der Evergy Ingenieros S.L., Madrid (Spanien), 100% der Anteile. Das Eigenkapital der Fa. Evergy Ingenieros s.L. beträgt zum 31. Dezember 2019 Euro 5.000,00, das Jahresergebnis 2019 Euro 21.163,58.

Die Gesellschaft hält an der Evergy Engineering India Pvt Ltd. (Indien), 99,99% der Anteile. Das Eigenkapital der Fa. Evergy Engineering India Private Limited beträgt zum 31. März 2019 Euro 43.220,46 (3.000.000,00 INR), das Jahresergebnis zum 31. März 2019 Euro - 16.067,00 (1.254.071 INR).
