Anhang

Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear vorgenommen. Wirtschaftsgüter bis zu einem Wert von 800 Euro wurden im Zugangsjahr vollständig abgeschrieben.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert; die liquiden Mittel zum Nominalwert angesetzt.
Das gezeichnete Kapital ist mit dem Nennbetrag erfasst.
Die gebildeten Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Sonstige Angaben Im Berichtsjahr wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft bis zum 09.08.2021 von Frau Ines Düring und danach von Herrn Michael Düring geführt.
