ANHANG

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches unter Beachtung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt. Ergänzend wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes berücksichtigt.

Bei der erstmaligen Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach dem Bilanzmodernisierungs-gesetz (BilMoG) wurden die Vorjahresvergleichszahlen auf Grund des Wahlrechts des Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst.

Gemäß § 267 HGB fällt die Gesellschaft unter die kleinen Kapitalgesellschaften, die nach
den für diese Gesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften Rechnung zu legen hat.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und die liquiden Mittel sind mit den Nennwerten angesetzt. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken waren nicht vorhanden. Eine Pauschal-wertberichtigung wurde nicht vorgenommen.

Die Bemessung der Rückstellungen wurde nach dem voraussichtlichen Bedarf vorgenommen. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Sie sind mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. Die Laufzeit der Rückstellungen betragen unter 1 Jahr.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr.

Aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungen und Passive Rechnungsabgrenzungen wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.
