Allgemeine Angaben

Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden orientieren sich grundsätzlich an den handelsrechtlichen und steuerrechtlichen Bestimmungen.
Zur Beibehaltung der Bilanzklarheit wurden die Restbuchwerte der Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens zusammengefasst in der jeweiligen Bilanzposition ausgewiesen.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände
Die Zugänge an entgeltlich erworbenen Immateriellen Vermögensgegenständen wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten aktiviert. Die Anschaffungskosten umfassen auch die einzelnen Anschaffungsnebenkosten und nachträgliche Anschaffungskosten. Anschaffungspreisminderungen wurden abgesetzt. Die Abschreibung erfolgte nach der linearen Methode.

Finanzanlagen
Ausgewiesen unter den Finanzanlagen sind Beteiligungen am Stammkapital von Kapitalgesellschaften. Die Bewertung erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten.

Übrige Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Die übrigen Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Nennwerten angesetzt.

Aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten
Aufwendungen für künftige Zeiträume wurden zeitanteilig angesetzt.

Steuer- und sonstige Rückstellungen
Bei Bildung der Rückstellungen wurden den erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten angemessen Rechnung getragen. Sie wurden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten (Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie sonstige Verbindlichkeiten) wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren betragen EUR 2.271.597,-.
