Anhang

A. VORBEMERKUNG

Die FirstAttribute AG hat ihren Sitz in Hofstetten und wird im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichtes Augsburg in Abteilung B unter der Nummer 31511 geführt.

Der Jahresabschluss ist nach den geltenden Vorschriften des HGB und des AktG aufgestellt. Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den §§ 266 und 275 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt worden.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne der handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften. Sie macht von größenabhängigen Erleichterungen bei der Aufstellung Gebrauch. Angaben, die wahlweise inder Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

B. ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZU DEN BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige, lineare Abschreibungen, bewertet.

Sachanlagen werden zu den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Innerhalb der steuerlich zugelassenen Zeiträume wurde sie linear vorgenommen.
Die Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden zum Nennwert ausgewiesen.

Der Wertansatz der Rückstellungen berücksichtigt alle bis zum Bilanzaufstellungszeitraum erkennbaren Risiken auf der Grundlage vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden zu Erfüllungsbeträgen ausgewiesen.

C. SONSTIGE ANGABEN

Das voll eingezahlte Grundkapital beträgt EUR 105.000,00. Es ist eingeteilt in 100.000 Stückaktien als Namensaktien und 5.000 Stückaktien als Namensaktien ohne Stimmrecht.

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr beträgt € 164.683,93 (i.Vj. € 187.469,99).
