Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss der focus:BIM GmbH, Lindwedel (Amtsgericht Walsrode, HRB 208586) für das Rumpfgeschäftsjahr vom 24. April bis zum 31. Dezember 2020 wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches i. d. F. des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG) aufgestellt und gegliedert.

Die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgt nach den allgemeinen Gliederungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches.

Die Gesellschaft ist nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Der Betrag der Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt 1.200,00 €.

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 17.680,58 €.

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern beläuft sich auf 128,80 €.

Sonstige Angaben

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 2.

Zu Geschäftsführern waren im Geschäftsjahr die Herren Oliver Langwich und Hendrik Scherder bestellt.
