I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die FPM Team GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Brieselang Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Potsdam unter HRB 33516 P eingetragen.

II. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff HGB) sowie des GmbHG aufgestellt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung (§§ 266 I, 276, 288 HGB) des Jahresabschlusses wurden teilweise in Anspruch genommen.

III. Allgemeine Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet und sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit dem Nominalwert zum Bilanzstichtag bewertet worden.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrags angesetzt worden, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um alle am Bilanzstichtag drohenden Verluste und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten abzudecken.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

IV. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die Gesellschaft hält 100% der Gesellschaftsanteile an der concellens GmbH (Amtsgericht Berlin - Charlottenburg HRB 142052 B). Das gezeichnete Kapital der concellens GmbH beträgt 25.000 € und ist vollständig eingezahlt.

In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen iHv. 58.732,00 € (Vorjahr: 27.020,72 €) sind Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschafter-Geschäftsführern in Höhe von 57.226,09 € enthalten (VJ.: 200 €), die eine Restlaufzeit von 1-5 Jahre aufweisen. Die Verzinsung beträgt 4% p.a.. Des Weiteren bestehen Forderungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen i.H.v. 257,11 € (Vorjahr: 3.048,45 €) mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

V. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Die sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen bestehen im Rahmen der üblichen Mietverträge.

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden keine Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Die Geschäftsführer vertreten die Gesellschaft stets allein und sind von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.

Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresfehlbetrag auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
