Anhang

Angaben und Erläuterungen zur Besonderheit der Form, insbesondere der Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses
Die Gesellschaft wendet auf den Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2023 die Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und des GmbH-Gesetzes (GmbHG) in der zum Bilanzstichtag gültigen Fassung an. Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2023 ist nach § 244 HGB in EURO aufgestellt.
Die Gesellschaft erfüllt nach § 267 Abs. 1 HGB die Merkmale einer "kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft". Der Anhang wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 284 ff. HGB aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft nimmt die größenklassenabhängigen Erleichterungen der §§ 274a, 288 HGB bei der Aufstellung des Anhangs in Anspruch.

Bewertungs- und Bilanzierungsmethoden
Bei den Finanzanlagen werden die Anteilsrechte zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. niedrigeren beizulegenden Werten angesetzt.
Kassenbestand und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt.
Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten. Dabei werden Erfahrungswerte im Wege der sachgerechten Schätzung zugrunde gelegt.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.
