I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die FX Ventures GmbH mit Sitz in Hamburg ist beim Amtsgericht Hamburg unter der Nummer HRB 115277 registriert.
Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den allgemeinen Vorschriften der §§ 238 ff. Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB) sowie den Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften nach den §§ 264 ff. HGB unter teilweiser Berücksichtigung der Erleichterungsvorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt.

II. Gliederung und Darstellung

Die Bilanz wurde wie in den Vorjahren nach den Vorschriften der §§ 266 ff. HGB in Kontoform aufgestellt.
In der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde wie in den Vorjahren die Gliederung nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB gewählt.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Als Anlagevermögen wurden alle im Eigentum der Gesellschaft stehenden und ihr wirtschaftlich zuzurechnenden Vermögensgegenstände ausgewiesen. Zugänge wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten einschließlich angefallener Anschaffungsnebenkosten abzüglich von Anschaffungskostenminderungen bewertet. Geringwertige Anlagegüter bis 800,00 EUR wurden in Anlehnung an die steuerlichen Vorschriften im Jahr der Anschaffung voll abgeschrieben. Das abnutzbare Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen bewertet.
Bei den Finanzanlagen werden die Anteilsrechte zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.
Die Forderungen, sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und liquiden Mittel sind mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen in Höhe von 392 TEUR (i.V.: 270 TEUR).
Das gezeichnete Kapital der Gesellschaft beträgt 35.000,00 EUR und ist voll eingezahlt. Der Jahresüberschuss beträgt 433.476,19 EUR und wird - verrechnet mit dem Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von 1.381.358,41 EUR - auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen werden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Sie werden in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.
Der Ansatz der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgt zum Erfüllungsbetrag. Die Verbindlichkeiten enthalten Verbindlichkeiten aus Steuern in Höhe von 2 TEUR (i.V.: 11 TEUR). Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.
IV. Sonstige Angaben
Im Geschäftsjahr 2019 beschäftigte die Gesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 5 HGB im Durchschnitt 5 Mitarbeiter.
Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft durch Herrn Dr. Felix Brosius, Kaufmann, geführt.
