I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss der Gnuse Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Bei der erstmaligen Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach dem Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) wurden die Vorjahresvergleichszahlen auf Grund des Wahlrechts des Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst.

Soweit Pflichtangaben in der Bilanz und in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung nicht enthalten sind, wurden die betreffenden Posten in Ausübung bestehender Wahlrechte im Anhang gesondert ausgewiesen und erläutert.

Die Gnuse Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH, Gütersloh, ist eine kleine Gesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Der Ansatz der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zum Nennwert.

Die liquiden Mittel wurden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Der Ansatz des Stammkapitals erfolgte zum Nennwert.

Die Bewertung der Rückstellungen erfolgte unter Berücksichtigung zu erwartender Preis- und Kostensteigerungen zum Erfüllungsbetrag.

Der Ansatz der übrigen Verbindlichkeiten erfolgte zum Erfüllungsbetrag.

III. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Sämtliche ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.
