Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2024

1. Allgemeine Erläuterungen

Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 wurde gemäß den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches bzw. des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft erfüllt aufgrund ihrer Größenordnung die Merkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die Abschreibungen wurden linear nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer verrechnet. Sonderabschreibungen wurden gem. § 7g EStG nicht vorgenommen. Das Wahlrecht für den Sammelposten wurde nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bewertet.

Der Wertansatz der Rückstellungen berücksichtigt alle erkennbaren Risiken auf der Grundlage vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens und der Abschreibungen ist dem als Anlage beigefügten Anlagespiegel zu entnehmen.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bewertet. Gründe für die Inanspruchnahme von Pauschal- oder Einzelwertberichtigungen zum 31.12.2024 lagen nicht vor.

Der Kassen- und die Bankbestände wurden durch Saldenbestätigungen nachgewiesen.

4. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Außerordentliche Posten, die für die Beurteilung des Jahresabschlusses von wesentlicher Bedeutung sind, sind nicht vorgelegt worden.
