financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

A. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der GP JOULE Utility GmbH, Reußenköge (Amtsgericht Flensburg, HR B 12884 FL) wurde gem. §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB und den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt.

Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne der handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften.

Die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte unter der Annahme der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB).

Die auf den vorhergehenden Jahresabschluss angewandten Ansatz- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden beibehalten.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Finanzanlagen werden im Zeitpunkt des Übergangs des wirtschaftlichen bzw. rechtlichen Eigentums mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Abwertungen auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert werden bei voraussichtlich dauernder Wertminderung vorgenommen.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind - unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips - zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt, der sich nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung ergibt. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Zukünftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen wurden soweit erforderlich bei der Ermittlung des Erfüllungsbetrags berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Sonstige Angaben

Im Rahmen eines Kreditvertrages der GP JOULE GmbH haftet die Gesellschaft als Mitverpflichtete. Die Inanspruchnahme des Kredites durch die GP JOULE GmbH beläuft sich zum 31.12.2023 auf TEUR 12.997.

Mutterunternehmen, das den Konzernabschluss für den kleinsten Kreis von Unternehmen aufstellt, ist die GP JOULE Holding GmbH & Co. KG, Reußenköge.
