Lagebericht

Lagebericht des Geschäftsführers

Zur Ausweitung des Lagerbestandes hat die Grekosa GmbH Anfang des Jahres 2011 eine weitere Lagerhalle angemietet.

Der Lagerbestand wurde daraufhin schrittweise erhöht, was eine deutlich schnellere und flexiblere Abwicklung der Verkäufe von Gastronomiegeräten zur Folge hat.

Darüberhinaus soll das Auslandsgeschäft intensiviert werden.

Mitte des Jahres 2011 hat sich die Grekosa GmbH an einer Gesellschaftsgründung beteiligt. Diese neue Gesellschaft soll vornehmlich das Geschäft in Nordeuropa entwickeln und erweitern.

Anhang

Unter Verzicht auf Frist- und Formvorschriften finden sich heute die Gesellschafter zu einer Gesellschafterversammlung zusammen.

Es wird festgestellt, dass die Gesellschaftsversammlung beschlussfähig ist.

Die Gesellschafter fassen die folgenden Beschlüsse einstimmig:

1. Die vorgelegte Bilanz zum 31. Dezember 2010, die mit einer Bilanzsumme von € 88.266,58 abschließt, wird hiermit festgestellt und genehmigt.

2. Das Ergebnis für das Wirtschaftsjahr 2010 beträgt € 7.414,84 (Gewinn), das auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen wird.

3. Eine Gewinnausschüttung wird nicht beschlossen.

4. Nach Verrechnung des Jahresergebnisses wird ein Bilanzgewinn von € 9.430,99 auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.

5. Der Geschäftsführung wird Entlastung erteilt.

Weitere Beschlüsse fasste die Gesellschaftsversammlung heute nicht.
