Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB, des GmbH-Gesetzes, unter Beachtung der Satzung und unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

1. Die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und - soweit abnutzbar - um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

2. Die in Arbeit befindlichen Aufträge wurden mit ihren Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten oder ihren am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren beizulegenden Werten angesetzt.

3. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Nennwerten unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken angesetzt.

4. Kassenbestand, Bundesbankguthaben, Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten und Schecks sind zu Nennwerten bilanziert worden.

5. Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten enthält Ausgaben, die Aufwendungen für einen bestimmten Zeitraum nach dem Bilanzstichtag darstellen.

6. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist mit dem Nennwert bewertet.

7. Rückstellungen sind für alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen in Höhe des Betrages gebildet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Rückstellungen für drohende Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften und Rückstellungen für unterlassene Instandhaltung waren nicht zu erwarten und daher nicht zu berücksichtigen.

8. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit den Rückzahlungs- bzw. Erfüllungsbeträgen bilanziert.

Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden.

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Gewinn-/Verlustvortrag bei teilweiser Ergebnisverwendung

Bei Aufstellung der Bilanz unter Berücksichtigung der teilweisen Ergebnisverwendung wurde im Bilanzgewinn ein Gewinnvortrag von EUR 0,00 einbezogen.

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 173.326,37 EUR (Vorjahr: 178.130,45 EUR).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 0,00).

Erläuterung zu Bilanzposten

1. Die Zusammensetzung einzelner in der Bilanz zusammengefasster Jahresabschlusspositionen ergibt sich aus dem als Anlage zu diesem Anhang beigefügten Kontennachweis zur Bilanz zum 31. Dezember 2019.

2. Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens:
siehe hierzu den nachfolgenden Brutto-Anlagenspiegel zum 31. Dezember 2019 gemäß den Bestimmungen des § 268 Abs. 2 Satz 1 HGB. Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens vom 1. Januar bis 31. Dezember 2019 ist der Anlage zu diesem Anhang zu entnehmen.
