Jahresabschluss zum Geschäftsjahr vom 01.01.2022 bis zum 31.12.2022 der G&S IT Group GmbH

1. Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss der Firma G&S IT Group GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) sowie den ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft, die von im Gesetz genannten Erleichterungsmöglichkeiten Gebrauch macht.

2. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige, nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen angesetzt.

Die Abschreibungen werden beim beweglichen Anlagevermögen linear vorgenommen, wobei die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer zugrunde gelegt wird.

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und die flüssigen Mittel werden zum Nominalwert bilanziert.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.
