Allgemeine Angaben
Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG). Ergänzend waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.
Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk im Anhang gewählt.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.
Nach den in § 267a HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Die Bewertung des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgte zu historischen Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen erfolgten linear über die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer.
Die unter Finanzanlagen ausgewiesenen Beteiligungen an Kapitalgesellschaften wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.
Ausleihungen wurden mit dem Nennwert berücksichtigt.
Die Bewertung der unter Vorräte ausgewiesenen in Arbeit befindlicher Aufträge erfolgte unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips mit den Herstellungskosten
Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und liquide Mittel sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt.
Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt; sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.
Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Der Bilanzgewinn entwickelte sich wie folgt:

Als Sicherheitsleistung für von Gesellschaften mit denen ein Beteiligungsverhältnis besteht geschlossenen Bauträgerkreditverträgen hat die Gesellschaft gegenüber Banken den Rangrücktritt von Darlehensforderungen von 10,0 Mio Euro sowie sämtlichen gegenwärtigen und künftigen Forderungen einschließlich hiermit verbundener Zinsen erklärt.
