A. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Wertpapiere werden mit den Anschaffungskosten bzw. mit dem niedrigeren Kurswert angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werdengrundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Liquide Mittel werden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten auf der Grundlage einer vorsichtigen kaufmännischen Beurteilung.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze blieben gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert.

B. ANGABEN UND ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZUR BILANZ

1. Grundkapital

Das Grundkapital beträgt EUR 50.000,00 und ist am 31.12.2006 zu einem Viertel einbezahlt. Das Grundkapital ist eingeteilt in 50.000 Stück vinkulierte Namensaktien in Form von Stückaktien.

2. Bilanzverlust

Der in der Position Bilanzverlust enthaltene Verlustvortrag beläuft sich auf EUR 7.695,91.

3. Verbindlichkeiten

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr.
