ANHANG

1. Bewertungsmethoden

Das Anlagevermögen wurde bewertet zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um die planmäßige Absetzung für Abnutzung.

Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie Flüssige Mittel wurden zum Nennwert aktiviert.

Unter den Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden Ausgaben vor dem Bilanzstichtag ausgewiesen, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Stichtag darstellen.

Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe der zu erwartenden Aufwendungen gebildet. Sie enthalten alle bis zur Jahresabschlusserstellung erkennbaren Risiken und Wagnisse.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zu Rückzahlungwerten passiviert.

2. Sonstige Angaben

Das Unternehmen beschäftigt im Berichtsjahr 3 Mitarbeiter, davon einen Gesellschafter - Geschäftsführer.

Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Holger Herweg.

Bezüglich aller weiteren Angaben wurde von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gem. §§ 274a und 276 HGB sowie nach § 288 HGB Gebrauch gemacht.
