Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang zum Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr

vom 1. Januar 2023 bis 31. Dezember 2023

A. Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen

Die Holz-Wolfram GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Pressath. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Weiden i. d. OPf. unter HRB 495 eingetragen.

Der Jahresabschluss der Holz-Wolfram GmbH für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. des Handelsgesetzbuches sowie der ergänzenden Bestimmungen des GmbH-Gesetzes und des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Die Gesellschaft nimmt für die Aufstellung des Anhangs gesetzlich zulässige Schutzklauseln und Erleichterungen in Anspruch.

Soweit Auswahlrechte für Angaben in Bilanz bzw. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung bestehen, werden diese grundsätzlich zugunsten der Angaben im Anhang ausgeübt.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungsgrundsätze nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des HGB aufgestellt.

Die Bilanz ist entsprechend dem gesetzlichen Gliederungsschema in § 266 HGB gegliedert.

B. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
und Erläuterungen zu den Posten der Bilanz

Die entgeltlich erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibung bewertet.

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten unter Berücksichtigung planmäßiger Abschreibung bewertet. Dabei kommt ausschließlich die lineare Methode zur Anwendung.
Die wirtschaftliche Nutzungsdauer wurde in Anlehnung an die steuerrechtlichen Abschreibungstabellen geschätzt. Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen waren nicht erforderlich.

Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgt zu Herstellungskosten mit den handelsrechtlich mindestens aktivierungspflichtigen Kostenbestandteilen unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips. Zinsen für Fremdkapital sind in die Herstellungskosten nicht einbezogen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert unter Abzug von Pauschalwertberichtigung zur Abgeltung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos angesetzt. Soweit notwendig wurden Einzelwertberichtigungen gebildet.

Die flüssigen Mittel sind mit den Nominalwerten ausgewiesen.

Im Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von € 588.127,77 ist ein Gewinnvortrag nach Ergebnisverwendung in Höhe von
€ 567.366,28 (Vj. € 395.091,64) enthalten.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. Sie haben, wie im Vorjahr, eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

C. Erläuterungen zu den Posten der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist in Staffelform nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 HGB aufgestellt.

D. Sonstige Angaben

Arbeitnehmerzahl
Die durchschnittliche Arbeitnehmerzahl nach § 267 Abs. 5 HGB beträgt 19.
