Es bestehen keine Haftungsverhältnisse im Sinne des § 251 HGB.
Im Berichtsjahr wurden keine Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Hucaju GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches unter Beachtung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.
Die Aufstellung der Bilanz erfolgt vor Berücksichtigung der Gewinnverwendung. Nach den in §§ 267 und 267 a HGB angegebenen Größenmerkmalen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Sachanlagen werden zu den Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden über die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer linear vorgenommen.

Finanzanlagen (Beteiligungen an Personengesellschaften) wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten zuzüglich handelsrechtlichen Gewinnansprüchen abzüglich Kapitalentnahmen bewertet.
Finanzanlagen (Wertpapiere und Beteiligungen an Kapitalgesellschaften) wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Teilwertabschreibungen waren nicht vorzunehmen. Zinsforderungen wurden periodengerecht abgegrenzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände, soweit diese Forderungen darstellen, werden mit dem Nennwert bewertet. Bei zweifelhaften Forderungen werden Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen.

Liquide Mittel sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt; sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft ist diese nach § 274a Nr. 4 HGB von der Abgrenzung latenter Steuern in der Bilanz befreit.

Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Erträge aus Anteilen an Investmentfonds (Aktienfonds) sind gem. § 20(1) InvStG zu 80% steuerbefreit.

Sonstige Angaben

Am Bilanzstichtag bestanden keine Forderungen gegen die Gesellschafter.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr betragen 197.893,61 EUR (Vorjahr 150.583,33 EUR).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 149,87 EUR (Vorjahr 136,95 EUR).

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren liegen wie im Vorjahr nicht vor.
