A. Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen

Der Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.v. § 267 Abs. 2 HGB.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bewertung des Anlagevermögens erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis Euro 800,00 wurden sofort abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Nennwerten aktiviert. Notwendige Wertberichtigungen wurden vorgenommen.

Die Rückstellungen wurden nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung in Höhe der notwendigen Erfüllungsbeträge angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet.

C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Unter den Beteiligungen wird die 100 %ige Beteiligung an der H+W ProductForce GmbH, Buchholz, ausgewiesen. Die H+W ProductForce GmbH wurde am 15. Dezember 2009 gegründet und hat ein Stammkapital von Euro 25.000,00.
