Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang zum Jahresabschluss

I. Allgemeines
Der beigefügte Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2021 der Firma Hylax GmbH mit Sitz in 47574 Goch, Daimlerstraße 46 wurde unter Berücksichtigung der nachfolgenden Angaben und Erläuterungen nach den handelsrechtlichen Gewinnermittlungsvorschriften erstellt.

II. Gesellschaft, Gesellschafter und Gegenstand
Die Gesellschaft hat Ihren Sitz in Goch. Registergericht ist das Amtsgericht Kleve unter der Nummer B HRB 15891 (Eintragung ins Handelsregister am 20.05.2019). Das Stammkapital beträgt € 25.000,00 und wurde zum Bilanzstichtag gehalten von der
Firma CUU Beteiligungs GmbH
Firma Reviermedia GmbH mit je einem Stammkapital in Höhe von 12.500,00 €

Gegenstand der Gesellschaft ist die Gestaltung und Durchführung von Marketing Maßnahmen aller Art.
Geschäftsführer im Geschäftsjahr 01.01.2021 bis 31.12.2021 waren die Herren Uwe van Stiphout, Sarjoscha Kleine und Alexander Lapp.
Die Herren van Stiphout, Kleine und Lapp sind alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des §181 BGB befreit.

III. Jahresabschluss
1. Allgemeine Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze:
Die Berichtsfirma ist zum Bilanzstichtag eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267a HGB.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird das Gliederungsschema des Gesamtkostenverfahrens nach § 275 Abs. 2 HGB angewandt.
Im Einzelnen wurden folgende Grundsätze angewandt:
a.) Anlagevermögen
Das Anlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige und evtl. - bei voraussichtlich dauernder Wertminderung - außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen wurden im Geschäftsjahr 01.01.2021 bis 31.12.2021 nicht vorgenommen.
Geringwertige Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungskosten unter € 800,00 netto wurden im Jahr der Anschaffung oder Herstellung als Aufwand verbucht.
Im Geschäftsjahr 01.01.2021 bis 31.12.2021 wurden selbständig nutzbare Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens, deren Anschaffungskosten oder Herstellungskosten € 800,00 netto nicht übersteigen, im Geschäftsjahr in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.
b.) Umlaufvermögen
Vorräte werden zu Anschaffungskosten oder Herstellungskosten bzw. zum niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.
Im Rahmen der Bewertung zu Herstellungskosten wurden neben den Einzelkosten auch angemessene Gemeinkosten berücksichtigt.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert abzüglich erforderlicher Einzelwertberichtigungen bei erkennbaren Risiken angesetzt.
Die übrigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert bilanziert.
c.) Schulden
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. Die Fristigkeiten der Verbindlichkeiten ergeben sich aus den Kontennachweisen der Bilanz.
Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten, mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt € 0,00.

IV. Sonstige Angaben:
1. Haftungsverhältnisse/Eventualverbindlichkeiten:
Haftungsverhältnisse nach § 251 HGB oder andere Eventualverbindlichkeiten sind nicht erhebbar und liegen laut Auskunft der Geschäftsführung auch nicht vor.
2. Geschäftsführung
Die Mitglieder der Geschäftsführungsorgane sowie Kredite gegen die Geschäftsführung ergeben sich aus dem Punkt "Allgemeines" sowie aus den Kontennachweisen zur Bilanz.
Auf eine Angabe der Bezüge der Geschäftsführung wurde gemäß § 286 Abs. 4 HGB verzichtet.
3 . Konzernabschluss:
Die Berichtsfirma ist nicht in einen Konzernabschluss einzugliedern.
4. Angaben zum Anteilsbesitz:
Anzugebende mindestens 20%ige Beteiligungen an anderen Unternehmen durch die Berichtsfirma liegen nach Auskunft der Geschäftsführung nicht vor.
5. Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses:
Bei der Aufstellung der Bilanz wurde die Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses nicht berücksichtigt.
Der Gesellschafterversammlung wird vorgeschlagen, den ausgewiesenen Bilanzverlust i. H. v. € 92.760,61 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
