Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1. Januar bis zum 31. Dezember 2023
I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Der Jahresabschluss der IBTG GmbH, Potsdam, wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.
Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des §267 Abs. 1 HGB.
Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgt nach § 266 und § 275 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.
Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz oder Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind teilweise in der Bilanz bzw. der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder teilweise im Anhang aufgeführt.
Die Gesellschaft hat größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Aufstellung des Anhangs teilweise in Anspruch genommen.
Der Jahresabschluss ist in Euro aufgestellt.
II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
In der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung werden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewandt:
Entgeltlich erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden mit ihren Anschaffungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen erfolgen über die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer nach der linearen Methode.
Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten nebst Nebenkosten abzüglich Abschreibungen bewertet. Das Sachanlagevermögen wird planmäßig linear entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben.
Vermögensgegenstände mit einem Einzelanschaffungswert von bis zu €800 wurden im Zugangsjahr in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.
Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden in der Bilanz mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Für zweifelhafte Forderungen werden im notwendigen Umfang Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen.
Bargeld und Bankguthaben und -Verbindlichkeiten werden entsprechend der Inventuraufnahme ausgewiesen und sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.
Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betreffen Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt. Bei der Bemessung dieser Rückstellungen wird allen erkennbaren Risiken angemessen Rechnung getragen. Die zu erwartenden zwischenzeitlichen Preis- und Kostensteigerungen werden berücksichtigt.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
III. Angaben zu Posten der Bilanz
Es wird ein Sonderposten für Zuschüsse in der Steuerbilanz nach § 273 HGB (alte Fassung) fortgeführt. Dieser ist handelsrechtlich in Vorjahren bereits vollständig aufgelöst worden. Der Auflösungsbetrag im laufenden Kalenderjahr beträgt 4.083,60 Euro.
