financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die Gesellschaft wurde am 2. Juni 2021 unter der Firma icraft capital GmbH gegründet. Das Geschäftsjahr entspricht dem Kalenderjahr. Das erste Geschäftsjahr ist ein Rumpfwirtschaftsjahr vom 2. Juni 2021 bis zum 31. Dezember 2021
Die icraft capital GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Hamburg. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Hamburg unter HRB 169463 eingetragen.

II. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Gesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Absatz 1 HGB i.V.m. § 267a Absatz 3 Nr. 3 HGB. Von den eingeräumten Erleichterungen bei der Gliederung der Bilanz gemäß § 266 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gemäß § 276 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte unter Inanspruchnahme der größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Gesellschaften gemäß § 274a und § 288 HGB.

III. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die auf Posten der Bilanz angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden entsprechen den anzuwendenden handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften.
Die Bewertung erfolgte unter dem Aspekt der Fortführung der Gesellschaft (Going-Concern-Prinzip).
Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden mit dem Nennwert bewertet.

Die Rückstellungen umfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie sind in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

IV. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Das Stammkapital beträgt zum Bilanzstichtag EUR 25.000,00.

Forderungen

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben sämtlich eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr.

V. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt.

VI. Sonstige Angaben

Arbeitnehmeranzahl

Im Geschäftsjahr waren keine Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Geschäftsführer der Fa. icraft capital GmbH ist Herr Dr. Heiko Hamann. Er ist einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen nach § 181 BGB befreit.
