A. Allgemeines

1. Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 264 ff HGB
aufgestellt.

2. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren
aufgestellt.

3. Nach den Größenmerkmalen des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB handelt es sich bei der
Gesellschaft um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
1. Die Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldposten trägt allen erkennbaren
Risiken nach den Grundsätzen vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung
Rechnung.

2. Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bewertet.
Der Werteverzehr wird durch planmäßige, lineare Abschreibung erfasst, die aufgrund steuerlicher Vorschriften bemessen werden.

3. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit den im
Folgejahr zu erwartenden Eingängen angesetzt.

4. Die flüssigen Mittel sind zu Nennwerten bilanziert.

5. Der Wertansatz der sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigt die erkennbaren
Risiken auf der Grundlage vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung.

6. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.

C. Sonstige Angaben1. Haftungsverhältnisse bestanden am Finanzstichtag nicht.

2. Geschäftsführer waren im Geschäftsjahr 2023 Dennis Kohl.
